Job Title: AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking an experienced AI/ML engineer to join our engineering team. This role involves designing and implementing algorithms and models that address real-world business challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing machine learning models using Python, R, C++, or similar programming languages.
  • Collaborating with senior data scientists and developers to integrate machine learning algorithms into applications, train and test ML models, and manage the required datasets.
  • Creating and maintaining data pipelines for efficient data processing and model training.
  • Assisting in debugging, testing, and improving applications.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 12+ years of experience in AI/ML developing advanced solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proficiency in using machine learning libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data preprocessing techniques.
  • Experience in manufacturing and supply chain a plus.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex cost data and identify cost drivers.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present cost analysis findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
