About the Opportunity:

We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience delivering cutting-edge enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in Oil & Gas, focusing on E&P, Operations, Supply Chain, and HSE.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of advanced AI/ML models—deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning.
  • Implement and oversee MLOps practices including CI/CD, container orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Manage big data infrastructure and platforms (Spark, Databricks, Hadoop).
  • Maintain AI ethics, governance, compliance with industry standards, and explainability.
  • Cultivate junior team members, fostering skill development.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define metrics and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Promote thought leadership on AI/ML trends and emerging technologies.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's/Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 12–15 years of AI/ML experience with demonstrable domain expertise in Oil & Gas.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, Scala, C++, with ML framework mastery.
  • Expertise in cloud ML platforms, MLOps, and enterprise architecture.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
