Job Summary:

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and skilled AI/ML trainer to our team. Strong knowledge of AI and machine learning, as well as a love of instructing and guiding students, are qualities that the ideal candidate will possess. The trainer will create and present interesting training courses that are appropriate for learners of all skill levels, from novices to seasoned pros.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, hands-on projects, and case studies, tailored to the latest AI/ML trends.
  • Conduct training sessions covering topics such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and AI tools/libraries.
  • Guide learners in implementing real-world AI/ML solutions using tools like Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and others.
  • Stay updated on emerging AI/ML technologies and integrate them into the curriculum.
  • Evaluate learners' progress through assessments, quizzes, and project reviews.
  • Provide one-on-one mentorship to help learners overcome challenges and achieve their learning objectives.
  • Collaborate with the content development team to continuously improve training programs.
  • Participate in seminars, workshops, and promotional activities to attract and engage potential learners.

Key Requirements:

  • Relevant certifications in AI and ML, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI/ML development and training.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
  • Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, scikit-learn).
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning techniques, and model optimization.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Passion for teaching and helping learners achieve their goals.
