AI/ML Fresher Developer Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Robust Backend Solutions: Design, develop, and implement high-performance backend software solutions using Python, with a strong focus on AI/ML applications.
• RESTful API Development: Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks, often serving AI-powered features.
• Frontend User Interface Development: Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
• Cloud Platform Utilization: Utilize the Azure cloud platform (or similar) for application development and deployment, demonstrating a willingness to explore and master new cloud and AI/ML specific cloud services.
• Generative AI Solution Architect: Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
• Large Language Model Integration: Work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
• Agentic AI Workflow Development: Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.

Qualifications:

• Intellectual Curiosity and Continuous Learning: Intellectual curiosity and a strong drive for continuous learning and self-improvement, particularly in the AI/ML domain.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proven ability to tackle complex challenges independently, especially in areas like AI model integration and optimization.
• Python Programming Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python programming, with experience in developing AI/ML applications.
• React Frontend Development Experience: Hands-on experience with React for frontend development.
• Azure Cloud Platform Experience: Hands-on experience with Azure cloud platform (or similar) services, ideally including AI/ML services.
• API Development Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of API development, preferably with FastAPI.
• Generative AI Concepts Understanding: Demonstrated experience or strong theoretical understanding of Generative AI concepts, LLMs, and their applications.
• RAG System Development Experience: Familiarity with or direct experience in building RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) systems.
• Agentic AI Framework Experience: Experience with or keen interest in Agentic AI and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration tools.
• Effective Communication Skills: Good communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration and knowledge sharing with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Independent and Teamwork Ability: Ability to work both independently, taking ownership of tasks, and as an integral part of a collaborative team.
• Hackathon Participation: Participation in Hackathons/Coding competitions, especially those focused on AI/ML, is a significant plus, demonstrating initiative and practical problem-solving.
• Testing Framework Familiarity: Familiarity with testing frameworks and methodologies, including those specific to AI/ML model evaluation.
• Agile Methodology Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus.
• DevOps and Cloud-Native Development Experience: Knowledge of DevOps and cloud-native development (Docker, Kubernetes), particularly in the context of deploying AI/ML models, is a strong plus.
