Chief Financial Officer Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Strategy and Planning: Develop comprehensive financial strategies aligned with business objectives, lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
  • Leadership and Team Development: Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, collaborate with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, and present financial results to stakeholders.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, and financial reporting functions, ensure accurate and timely financial statements, and implement internal controls and risk management frameworks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive finance experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles, previous CFO or similar C-level financial leadership experience.
  • Skills: Strong background in financial planning, analysis, and reporting, excellent communication and presentation skills, advanced proficiency in financial systems and analytics tools.
