Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Administrator to join our team. As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for the daily operation and maintenance of Windows Server environments.

You will develop and implement effective cloud and identity management strategies, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise in networking concepts, including TCP/IP, VLANs, and VPN, will be crucial in designing and deploying secure network architectures.

In addition to your technical skills, you must possess excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2.5–3 years of proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
  • Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN).
  • Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Knowledge of virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities:
