We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive to join our team at Hiring Point Solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to drive sales and expand our business.
This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals. As an ERP Sales Expert, you will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's ERP offerings. You will also stay updated on ERP trends and developments, analyze competitors, and develop business plans to increase sales and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential new customers in the ERP space.
- Research and analyze the market for potential customers and leads.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's ERP offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with prospects.
- Stay updated on ERP trends and developments.
- Analyze competitors and develop business plans to increase sales and revenue.
- Generate new leads using tools such as cold calling and other sales methods.
- Track and prepare monthly sales reports.

Requirements:
- Relevant degree in IT or Business Administration.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years in selling ERP Software & Solutions as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- International Experience: Proven experience in managing international prospects and clients, with a demonstrated ability to generate sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, and capable of leading and executing end-to-end processes.
- Track Record: Demonstrated sales success.
- Skills: Proficiency in negotiation, MS Office, and other sales tools.
- ERP Knowledge: Strong understanding of ERP functionality; experience with ERPnext or Odoo ERP is a plus.
Estimated Salary Range:$80,000 - $120,000 per annum.
