Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Application Support Engineer. This role involves providing expert-level support and development of enterprise-grade billing applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supporting and developing applications such as IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS written in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, maintaining, and supporting billing applications
  • Working on ServiceNow tickets - incident, request, and change management
  • Troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner
  • Writing and optimizing code in various programming languages

This role may also require rotational shifts, including weekends or EU business hours.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong coding ability in multiple programming languages
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors
  • Prior experience in billing applications and strong understanding of billing workflows
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required. Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be an asset.
