Enterprise Billing Support Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Billing Support Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in supporting and developing enterprise-grade billing applications, with a focus on development, maintenance, and support of applications such as IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS written in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, Jasper, C#, and VB.NET.

The successful candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving application issues in a timely manner, working on ServiceNow tickets, handling incident, request, and change management, and ensuring smooth execution of build and run activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, maintain, and support IAS, IBS+, IBBR, and IBPS billing applications.
  • Work on ServiceNow tickets – incident, request, and change management.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in a timely manner.
  • Write and optimize code in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, and Shell scripting.
  • Ensure smooth execution of build and run activities.
  • Provide support for billing-related processes and systems.

Requirements:

  • Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong coding ability in IBM Informix 4GL, Java, C#, VB.NET, Shell scripting.
  • Experience in troubleshooting Informix errors.
  • Prior experience in billing applications and strong understanding of billing workflows.
  • Hands-on experience in supporting enterprise-scale applications.

Qualifications & Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
  • Any certification in Java, Informix, or related technologies would be a plus.
