ERP Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced ERP Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our global customer base.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle JD Edwards, with experience in supporting and maintaining JD Edwards Enterprise One systems. You will be working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum application performance is achieved.

In this role, you will provide first- and second-line support for our customers, ensuring service level agreements are met. You will also liaise with internal applications teams and external suppliers to communicate issues and ensure application fixes and changes meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first- and second-line support for our customers

  • Take a proactive approach to problem management
  • Support junior consultants with functional questions and issues

Requirements:

You will need to have a minimum of 3 years' experience in Oracle JD Edwards implementation or support, specifically within core Distribution modules: Inventory, Sales, Advanced Pricing, and Procurement. Experience with Transportation and/or Advanced Warehousing modules is highly desirable.

Broader knowledge of additional functional areas such as Finance, Manufacturing, Service Management, or Contract Billing would be an advantage. Hands-on experience with JD Edwards versions up to and including Enterprise One 9.2 is essential.
