Job Title: Senior IT Application Support Specialist

About the Role:This is a key opportunity for an experienced IT application support specialist to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business. As a senior IT application support specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support and guidance to ensure the smooth operation of our Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and related technology processes.
Key Responsibilities:• Provide service management and application support engineering services for the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP platform and technology processes.• Support business usage of the Oracle Fusion platform and provide technical support to ensure that critical processes and business milestones are delivered on-time.• Manage incidents, problems, and change requests using the ITIL framework and Service Now system.• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in Finance and Engineering teams to ensure daily business deliverables are met on-time and issues are highlighted and recorded correctly.• Collaborate with other IT teams and vendors to manage system integrations and data interfaces with other business applications.
Required Skills and Qualifications:• 5-10 years relevant experience in implementing Oracle Financials, with at least 3 years' experience on Oracle Fusion.• Functional and configuration knowledge in Oracle Cloud General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Procurement, Purchasing, Asset accounting, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, AGIS, Tax Engine, and Financial accounting Hub and Cloud reporting tools.• Strong understanding of database structure for ERP Oracle Cloud Fusion.• Solid background in IT application support management or IT service management in large financial services organisations.• Previous experience in E2E BAU lifecycle management, including incident, problem, and change management, knowledge and service transition, stakeholder management and reporting, OLA SLA identification and monitoring, and managing teams to deliver the E2E business and technology outcomes.• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve application issues.• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to understand their business needs and translate them into technology solutions.• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.• Global experience working successfully with teams in multiple locations simultaneously is preferred.• Experience in banking or financial services organisations is also desirable.• ITIL Foundation certification or strong working knowledge of the ITIL framework and its processes is beneficial.
