Home Loan and LAP Sales Professional

In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Home Loan and LAP vertical.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve assigned sales targets by sourcing leads and building relationships with channel partners.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through direct sourcing and collaboration with channel partners.
  • Maintain compliance with company guidelines and standardized sales processes to ensure efficient closure of cases.
  • Foster strong business relationships to drive sustained growth in the HL and LAP portfolio.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure high client satisfaction throughout the loan process.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (mandatory)
  • Experience: Minimum 1-4 years of experience in Home Loan and LAP sales (mandatory)
  • Skillset: Strong sales orientation, understanding of loan documentation, and ability to work with channel partners
  • Other: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, target-driven, and self-motivated
