Developing new client relationships for savings accounts is a pivotal role in our Branch Banking Division. The Acquisition Manager is accountable for identifying potential clients, engaging with them through various channels, and explaining the benefits and features of our savings products. This position also involves securing sales and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities:- Gaining savings accounts in targeted segments and generating references from specified catchment areas.
- Maintaining high-quality client acquisition in terms of composition, product, and segment mix.
- Onboarding and activating clients on digital platforms.
- Providing regular feedback to Senior Sales Managers and Branch Managers on client requirements and potential opportunities.
- Ensuring adherence to sales compliance and SOPs defined by the organization.
- Ensuring strict compliance with internal and external guidelines and regulations.
- Conducting activities in the catchment to acquire high-quality HNI clients and increase visibility for IDFC First Bank.
- Working on key central initiatives and seeking regular referrals from existing clients.
- Collaborating with other team members and support functions to provide products and service offerings to clients.
