Job Description

As a seasoned Client Growth Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and nurturing new business opportunities. This involves conducting thorough market research, analyzing client needs, and developing tailored financial solutions to drive growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Originate, structure, and implement customized financial solutions for clients, aligning with industry standards and best practices.
  • Evaluate credit profiles of companies, assessing risk and developing suitable financial strategies.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities based on a deep understanding of banking products and services, as well as client analysis.
  • Actively seek ways to expand the share of wallet for existing clients.
  • Monitor client performance, defining de-risk strategies proactively.
  • Maintain and grow client relationships through regular communication and negotiation.
Requirements:
  • Define performance goals in consultation with your reporting manager, ensuring they are aligned with company objectives.
  • Take ownership of your personal learning agenda, identifying development needs and working towards bridging gaps through various means.
  • Understand relevant competencies for the role and work towards demonstrating and developing them effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks.
Risk Management:
  • Follow established risk policies and processes to mitigate operational, regulatory, financial, informational, reputational, and audit risks.
  • Execute internal control systems and compile relevant information for departmental audits as necessary.
