Job Title: Program Manager

R1 RCM is a leading provider of revenue cycle management services, and we are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team. As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing domain and process training requirements for our aligned business teams, including new hire training and assessing training needs of existing associates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end training processes, including need gathering, learning plan finalization, content development, training delivery, and trainee assessment.
  • Project and program management of key training transition projects and new learning programs.
  • Training human resources management and development, including work allocation, performance measurement, coaching, and development of aligned training personnel.
  • Drive improvement initiatives for enhanced experience for trainees, business, and trainers, and deliver positive business impact.

Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 9-10 years of work experience, with at least 4-5 years in training function and 3+ years as people manager.
  • Hands-on expertise in MS Office tools, including PowerPoint, MS Excel, and Word.
  • Understanding of training metrics and ability to work with data.
  • Excellent facilitation, training delivery, coaching, project management, and time management skills.
