Our benefits team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining benefits programs, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, implement, and maintain benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
  2. Ensure benefits programs comply with relevant legislations.
  3. Recommend new benefits programs by studying employee requirements, industry trends, and competitor benefits.
  4. Support management's decision-making process by analyzing benefit programs and performing cost/budget analysis.
  5. Identify best benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
  6. Manage benefits staff by coaching, counseling, and mentoring employees.
  7. Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
  8. Work with vendors to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
  9. Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand and are aware of the benefits offered by the organization.
  10. Ensure benefit documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  11. Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  2. 5+ years of related professional experience.
  3. 3+ years of benefits experience in a global company.
  4. Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; excellent problem-solving skills.
  5. Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
  6. In-depth knowledge of benefits practices and regulatory requirements.
  7. Relevant certifications, such as a CBP, preferred.
  8. Experience managing benefits in an HRIS, preferably Workday.
  9. Vendor management experience is a must.
  10. Strong people and project management skills.
