Our benefits team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain benefits programs, policies, and procedures.
- Ensure benefits programs comply with relevant legislations.
- Recommend new benefits programs by studying employee requirements, industry trends, and competitor benefits.
- Support management's decision-making process by analyzing benefit programs and performing cost/budget analysis.
- Identify best benefit options by studying programs and obtaining advice from consultants.
- Manage benefits staff by coaching, counseling, and mentoring employees.
- Resolve employee questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
- Work with vendors to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues.
- Develop communication strategies to ensure employees understand and are aware of the benefits offered by the organization.
- Ensure benefit documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Collaborate with Finance and HR teams to ensure seamless benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of related professional experience.
- 3+ years of benefits experience in a global company.
- Independent, self-motivated, and detail-oriented; excellent problem-solving skills.
- Advanced spreadsheet and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of benefits practices and regulatory requirements.
- Relevant certifications, such as a CBP, preferred.
- Experience managing benefits in an HRIS, preferably Workday.
- Vendor management experience is a must.
- Strong people and project management skills.
