Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Services Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our software solutions in our customers' environments.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Onboarding new customers and implementing our software solutions in their environments.
  • Maintaining and updating our software solutions to ensure they meet our customers' evolving needs.
  • Providing technical support and training to our customers on the use and configuration of our software solutions.
  • Working closely with our Sales and Support teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the implementation process.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Onboarding
  • Implement Data Dynamics software in customers' environments.
  • Manage and maintain Data Dynamics software in customers' environments.
Technical Support
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and configuration of Data Dynamics software.
  • Assist customers by diagnosing problems and providing resolutions for technical and product issues.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Work closely with Sales and Support teams to identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the implementation process.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a professional services or technical support role.
  • Excellent technical skills, with expertise in data management and software implementation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.

Other Duties
  • Documenting problems, diagnostic actions performed, customer interactions, and next steps, and solutions implemented in the knowledge base.
  • Escalating more complex customer technical issues to product and development teams while maintaining communication with the customer.
  • Advocating for the customer, providing feedback into any relevant team within Data Dynamics.
