About the Role:

We seek an experienced Senior Project Coordinator with a proven track record in implementing online banking and mobile banking projects for financial institutions. Ideal candidates have a strong background in software development and at least 5 years of experience in managing large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project planning, communication, and execution: Developing project plans, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.
  2. Documentation: Creating and reviewing requirements documents, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
  3. Requirements gathering, analysis, and management: Capturing stakeholder requirements, analyzing scope, and managing change requests.
  4. Risks and dependency management: Identifying and mitigating project risks, dependencies, and assumptions.
  5. Review processes: Conducting regular reviews of project artifacts and documents.
  6. Pre-sales/proposals: Presenting project experiences and products to prospects, engaging in proof-of-concept engagements, and developing proposal scopes.
  7. Training: Preparing training materials and conducting trainings.
  8. Communications and presentations: Conducting project presentations, daily huddles, and steering committee meetings.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in delivering online banking and mobile banking projects for financial institutions.
  • Strong command of Agile Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, project planning, and execution.
  • Understanding of test management practices, including test planning, monitoring, control, and governance.
  • Exceptional presentation skills, with ability to present information on PowerPoint and narrate complex concepts.
  • Strong understanding of processes, preferably PMP, CSM, and CMMI qualified.
  • Experience in managing large-scale enterprise projects in the finance industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication, presentation, negotiation, persuasion, escalation management, and conflict resolution.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Banking experience is highly valued.
  • BSCS/BSSE/ MSCS/MSSE degree or equivalent.
  • Certifications are considered an asset.
