Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cost standards for materials and labor to ensure accurate financial tracking.
  • Conduct comprehensive recovery analysis for products and monitor process costing within the plant.
  • Determine standard costs and compare them with actual costs, analyzing and addressing variances as needed.
  • Provide regular costing reports to senior management, including monthly/quarterly updates.
  • Reconcile raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods stock, ensuring accuracy in inventory management.
  • Perform variance analysis to explain differences between planned and actual financial performance.
  • Guide and mentor the costing team, coordinating activities and answering queries to streamline processes.
  • Prepare monthly costing reports, MIS reports, and yield reports for management review.
  • Identify variances between actual and budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for process improvements based on financial data.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Proven expertise in cost analysis.
  • Strong capabilities in financial reporting.
  • Advanced proficiency in cost control techniques.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience with budgeting processes, including preparation and monitoring.

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
