- Prioritize tasks based on urgency.
- Monitor progress to maintain workflow continuity.
- 4. Training and Guidance:

- Provide support or guidance to team members unfamiliar with certain tasks.
- 5. Problem Resolution:

- Address any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- 6. Review and Reporting:

- Review completed work for accuracy.
- Provide updates to management on task status.
- By managing tasks, communication, and ensuring workflow continuity, the absence of the Senior accountant can be handled effectively.
