We are seeking talented and highly motivated recent graduates / Inter CAs to join our Internal Audit/Quality Assurance team as trainees / Audit Executive. As an Audit Trainee / Audit Executives, you will be an integral part of our audit / quality assurance engagements, working closely with experienced professionals to gain hands-on experience in audit methodologies and practices. This is an entry-level (for graduates) and middle level (for inter CAs) position designed to provide you with the foundational skills and knowledge needed to excel in the world of financial services sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in planning and executing internal audit engagements.
- Conduct audit procedures, document the findings, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure audit objectives are met.
- Participate in risk assessment activities.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Eagerness to learn and a strong desire for professional growth.
