Financial Management:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the organization.

Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls.

2. Audit and Assurance:
Lead and manage financial audits, both internal and external.

Review audit findings and provide strategic recommendations for improvement.

Collaborate with the audit team to ensure efficient and effective audit processes.

3. Taxation and Compliance:
Provide expert guidance on complex tax matters and optimize tax strategies.

Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and reporting requirements.

Represent the organization in discussions with tax authorities.

4. Financial Reporting:
Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.

Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Present financial reports to senior management and stakeholders.

5. Risk Management:
Identify financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.

Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets.

6. Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor junior members of the finance and accounting team.

Provide guidance on technical issues and foster a collaborative work environment.

7. Professional Development:
Stay updated on industry trends, changes in accounting standards, and regulatory updates.

Participate in professional development activities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications and Skills:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with a minimum of 0-5 years of post-qualification experience.

Proven experience in a accounting or finance role.

In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Effective communication and presentation skills.
