  • Deliver accurate and streamlined administrative services, including data entry and quality control.
  • Execute submission logging duties with precision and participate in achieving a seamless month-end close process.
  • Manage policy data, implement robust quality controls, and foster collaboration across teams.
  • Process daily transactions according to targets set by the process and exhibit effective change management skills.
  • Follow all organizational policies and participate in divisional and organizational activities and initiatives.
  • Ensure timely weekly and monthly reporting and liaison with other departments as necessary.
  • Engage in process-oriented and personal skill enhancement trainings and stay informed about industry updates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Accurate Data Entry: Understand customer requests and input accurate information into relevant IT/support systems.
  • Ownership and Collaboration: Take full ownership of deliverables and collaborate effectively with the team to achieve collective targets.
  • Effective Communication: Correspond with customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure mutual understanding.
  • Proactive Workflow Management: Proactively manage daily, weekly, and monthly workflows to meet key performance indicators and service standards.
