We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in a key operational role within the General Insurance (GI) department. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling various aspects of insurance operations, ensuring seamless delivery of services across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and review insurance applications and documents: Ensure accuracy and completeness of database records.

Maintain and update client records: Keep databases current with the latest information.

Coordinate with underwriting and claims departments: Facilitate timely processing of applications and claims.

Perform data entry tasks: Accurately input data into various systems.

Assist in audits and compliance checks: Ensure all operations adhere to regulatory standards.

Support report generation: Create analytics and reports for management review.

Customer Interaction: Participates in customer engagement sessions

Required Qualifications and Skills:

Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant field.

Experience: Previous experience in insurance operations or a similar role. Exposure to international programs will have an advantage.

Certification: CII/INS Certifications or equivalent PC insurance certifications preferred.

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.

Knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.

Work under moderate supervision

Problem solving and eye for detail

Location: Bangalore and/or Pune, Operating out of Mphasis offices in Mahadevapura and/or CC4 (Hybrid Model).

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of insurance processes and maintaining accurate records.
