Profins Insurance Broking is a trusted name in the insurance sector, offering innovative and client-centric solutions in life, health, and general insurance. We are expanding our team and looking for passionate telecalling executives to join our life insurance vertical.
Job Description:
As a Telecalling Executive – Life Insurance, you will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers over the phone to promote and sell life insurance products. You will play a key role in generating leads, explaining policy benefits, and assisting customers in choosing the right plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers from the provided database
- Explain features and benefits of various life insurance products
- Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
- Follow up with interested customers to close sales
- Maintain and update customer database on a regular basis
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information
- Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for seamless onboarding
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–2 years of telecalling, telesales, or customer service experience (insurance preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and English (regional language is a plus)
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM tools
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment
