Key Finance Role

We are seeking an experienced finance professional to manage our day-to-day finance operations.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a finance leadership position as the company scales. You will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing accurate financial reports, monitoring cash flow, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

  • Financial Operations Management: Oversee AP/AR, GL, reconciliations in Tally/ERP.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare MIS, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, working capital, and highlight variances.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, PT, Income Tax.
  • Payroll and Statutory Filings: Manage payroll processing and statutory filings (PF, ESI).
  • Vendor Management and Financial Support: Support vendor management, contracts, and financial administration.
Requirements:
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in finance/accounting.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in Tally, Excel, ERP systems (ERPNext is a plus).
  • Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
