Role Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Specialist to lead our placement efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Screening and sharing relevant candidate profiles with clients
  • Collecting feedback from clients and implementing improvements
  • Conducting interview training sessions, orientation programs, and resume building
  • Supporting stakeholders by providing top placement opportunities to their candidates
  • Organizing on-campus & off-campus recruitment drives, job fairs, alumni meets, recruiter meets, and industry expos
  • Maintaining organizational policies and handling grievances with a positive and unbiased approach

Requirements:

  • Experience in corporate relations and placement management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
