Portfolio Researcher Position

We seek an accomplished Portfolio Researcher to optimize asset allocation and manage risk-adjusted returns.

  • Analyze and rebalance portfolios to maximize performance and minimize risk.
  • Conduct in-depth research on investment products, including Mutual Funds, Alternative Investment Funds, and Portfolio Management Services.
  • Evaluate and track portfolio performance against benchmarks and market trends.
  • Collaborate with portfolio managers to develop customized investment strategies.
  • Compile investment research reports, presentations, and client notes.
  • Support the creation of model portfolios and recommend rebalancing strategies based on market fluctuations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks, including SEBI guidelines and investment policies.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CFA, CAIA, CFP, or NISM are preferred.
  • 2–5 years of experience in portfolio research, wealth management, or investment advisory.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio rebalancing techniques and asset allocation models.
  • Expertise in Mutual Funds, AIFs, and PMS structures, strategies, and regulatory aspects.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, MS Excel, and analytical tools like Bloomberg and Morningstar.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
