Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Proposal Development Consultant.

This role involves delivering high-quality proposals in response to client requests, working closely with bid managers and sales leaders to tailor messaging, and ensuring the proposal reflects the client's needs and the solution's value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Write and deliver high-quality proposals under tight timelines.
  • Collaborate with global teams to understand client opportunities and develop tailored messaging.
  • Utilize existing content libraries and templates to accelerate proposal development while ensuring accuracy and relevance.
  • Customize marketing-approved materials for specific client engagements.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to gather input and validate technical content.
  • Maintain and improve the content library by incorporating existing content materials and new content.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet internal standards for structure, tone, branding, and compliance.
  • Maintain version control and documentation for all submitted proposals.
