Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to drive customer acquisition and retention through our loyalty programs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling loyalty memberships or solutions, building strategic partnerships, and driving customer engagement and repeat sales through loyalty initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell loyalty programs to existing and potential customers.
- Identify sales opportunities through outbound calls or client engagement.
- Educate customers on the benefits of the loyalty program and assist with enrollment.
- Maintain and grow the loyalty customer base to meet revenue and retention targets.
- Work closely with marketing to execute loyalty promotions and campaigns.
- Track customer behavior and provide feedback for program improvement.
- Monitor and analyze loyalty metrics (activation, usage, redemptions).
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and program effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in loyalty, CRM, or membership programs.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of CRM tools and loyalty management platforms is a plus.
- Customer-first mindset with a focus on relationship building.
