Job Title: Strategic Risk Portfolio Manager

This role is responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating various types of risks associated with investment portfolios. It involves a deep understanding of risk management principles and strategies to minimize potential losses.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Chief Risk Officer in risk identification and assessment, including analyzing potential risks and evaluating investment portfolios by leveraging advanced analytical techniques.
  • Implement risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation of risk limits in systems.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure risk considerations are incorporated into portfolio decisions, driving business growth while maintaining a robust risk profile.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as FRM, CFA is highly desirable).
  • 7-10 years of experience in risk management, preferably within an investment management or financial services organization.
  • Strong background in investments and analytics, with expertise in using risk models, quantitative analysis, and stress testing.
