Senior ALM Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Asset Liability Management (ALM) risk function.

As Senior ALM Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring liquidity and interest rate risk. This includes identifying and mitigating potential risks to the bank's balance sheet.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liquidity and Interest Rate Risk Monitoring: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the bank's balance sheet.
  • Regulatory Returns and Reporting: Prepare and review regulatory returns, ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory limits.
  • Risk Management Strategies: Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize losses and maximize returns.
  • IT Projects and Enhancements: Collaborate on IT projects related to risk monitoring and management systems, and provide input on enhancing current solutions.
  • Market and Regulatory Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with market and regulatory developments, best practices, and emerging trends in ALM and balance sheet management.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Build strong relationships with Treasury, Risk, IT, Finance, and Business teams to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Confidentiality and Compliance: Maintain confidentiality of client and company information, adhering to RBI policies and guidelines.
