Job Title: Senior Manager – Strategic Portfolio Management Trainer

Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced professional in Strategic Portfolio Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) with over 10 years of expertise.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Developed, mentored, and trained fresh graduates in portfolio and project management principles, tools, and practices.
  • Mentored new entrants on portfolio planning, governance, project prioritization, and resource allocation.
  • Introduced industry frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (PMI, SAFe, Agile, ITIL) in portfolio management.
  • Demonstrated use of PPM tools (Planisware, Clarity, MS Project, Primavera) for planning and tracking.
  • Guided trainees in developing business cases, evaluating ROI, and aligning projects with strategic objectives.
  • Conducted workshops on risk assessment, dependency mapping, and performance measurement.
  • Reviewed project charters, roadmaps, and portfolio dashboards prepared by trainees, providing constructive feedback.
  • Collaborated with leadership and HR to shape graduate development programs and career pathways.
  • Supported continuous improvement initiatives to build portfolio management maturity within the organization.

Requirements:

  • Over 10 years of experience in Strategic Portfolio Management and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
  • Familiarity with industry frameworks, methodologies, and best practices (PMI, SAFe, Agile, ITIL).
  • Proficiency in using PPM tools (Planisware, Clarity, MS Project, Primavera).
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and coaching skills.
