We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our wealth management team. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual with extensive experience in the stock broking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment goals and risk tolerance.
  • Provide personalized investment advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual needs and circumstances.
  • Manage clients' investment portfolios and monitor their performance, making adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with their goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest market trends and news, providing regular updates to clients.
  • Pursue new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the client base.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience as a Wealth Manager in the stock broking industry.
  • A proven track record of building and maintaining a client base and achieving sales targets.
  • A deep understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex investment issues.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. An advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA) is preferred.
