Job Overview

This role focuses on driving the end-to-end recruitment process for a business unit, ensuring strategic planning, candidate attraction and sourcing, selection, and conversion to meet talent requirements.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent for both specific requisitions and build a diverse pipeline of skilled resources.
  • Plan and manage recruitment activities against key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective candidate relationships and timely talent availability.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, and selecting candidates based on business needs.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop tailored recruitment plans to meet these needs.
  3. Utilize various recruitment channels and sources to find the right candidates, promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.
  4. Ensure that all recruitment activities are aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and have a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
