Job Description

  • Develop and oversee the design of scalable, high-performance web applications using Node.js, MongoDB, and modern front-end frameworks.
  • Lead features from inception to implementation, testing, deployment, and optimization.
  • Drive strategic technical decision-making across products and platforms for stability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Integrate and optimize AI-assisted development tools for reliability, minimizing hallucinations, and improved developer productivity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features.
  • Mentor and support fellow engineers, promoting technical excellence and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of expertise in Node.js and MongoDB, with a strong understanding of backend architecture and performance optimization.
  • Experience with modern front-end frameworks and full-stack web application development.
  • Knowledge of software design patterns, API design, and microservices architecture.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and a passion for pushing AI boundaries.
