We are seeking a Group Head to oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from conception to deployment. This is a challenging role that requires strong technical expertise and leadership skills.

  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile SCRUM and MLOps.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and driving project delivery.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to break down complex problems into manageable parts and drive desired outcomes.
  • Collaboration: Excellent collaboration skills with internal technical teams to seamlessly integrate solutions.

Requirements:

A graduate with an Engineering Degree (CS/Electronics/IT) / MCA / MCS + Masters in Statistics / Economics/Business Analytics. A minimum of 8-15 years of experience in software development is required. Experience in Agile SCRUM and MLOps is highly preferred.
