Job Opportunity

A seasoned IT leader is required to spearhead software development initiatives, driving project delivery under fixed price and time & material engagement models.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Agile software development initiatives as both Project Manager and Scrum Master across cross-functional teams
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle (PDLC) from requirements gathering to post-launch support
  • Coordinate with distributed teams including Business Analysts, UI/Backend Developers, QA, DevOps, and Support for seamless execution
  • Drive Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Retrospectives, Reviews/Demos, and backlog grooming
  • Deliver projects while ensuring scope, timeline, and budget adherence
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage expectations, provide transparent status updates, and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, blockers, and dependencies to maintain delivery momentum
  • Promote software development best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines across teams
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams by understanding high-level architecture and system design
  • Leverage working knowledge of Angular and Node.js to validate technical solutions, support decision-making, and unblock development teams

Requirements:

  • 13-16 years of experience in Agile project management
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development lifecycles, and industry-standard frameworks
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to drive project delivery under fixed price and time & material engagement models
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Asana, Trello, or similar Agile project management tools
