Telecom Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Telecom Assistant Manager to join our team.
- This role is primarily responsible for leading the design, engineering, and operations of global contact center technology platforms built on heterogeneous systems.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating with vendors and managing infrastructure-related products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies that align with organizational goals in collaboration with senior management.
- Establish metrics-driven processes to ensure quality of delivery and uptime of IT infrastructure.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant field.
- 10+ years' overall experience in telecom and IT infrastructure management.
- Strong operational experience, understanding of systems maintenance, licensing, configurations, and disaster recovery.
