Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned data engineer to join our product development and delivery team. This individual will be responsible for designing and building robust ETL pipelines, creating scalable BI solutions, and driving data-powered outcomes that enhance client value across telecom operations and IT asset management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SQL database development, experience with modern ETL tools, and expertise in BI/reporting. They will also possess knowledge of telecom domain, ITAM, and cloud platforms. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential for this role.

  • Design and build sophisticated ETL pipelines using DBT, SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Create high-performance database structures and queries for telecom and ITAM analytics.
  • Develop BI dashboards and reports using Power BI, SSRS, or Tableau.
  • Architect data integrations between legacy telecom systems and cloud-based ITAM platforms (AWS, Azure).
  • Lead data migration projects and ensure enterprise-grade data quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 7+ years of SQL database development experience (MS SQL Server required).
  • 5+ years of experience with modern ETL tools.
  • 5+ years of BI/reporting experience (Power BI, SSRS, Tableau).
  • Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS systems, network infrastructure).
  • ITAM expertise (software/hardware lifecycle, license compliance).
  • Cloud experience (AWS, Azure) and programming skills (Python, R).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
