Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Operations Engineer to join our team. As a Cloud Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and managing cloud-based infrastructure for our RAN and Core Network platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Run the Production Environment: Proactively monitor availability and take a holistic view of system health for our cloud-based RAN and Core Network platforms.
  2. Improve Reliability and Quality: Automate processes, refine best practices, and optimize system performance to ensure efficient resource utilization and optimal user experience for network services.
  3. Measure and Optimize Performance: Ensure services are available, underlying infrastructure is properly functioning, and monitor critical applications and related services to guarantee system availability for RAN and Core functions.
  4. Design, Deploy, and Manage Kubernetes Clusters: Implement containerization strategies and orchestration best practices for telecom workloads.
  5. Manage and Troubleshoot Robin Storage Solutions: Support unique storage needs of RAN and Core applications within the Kubernetes environment.
  6. Implement and Manage CI/CD Pipelines: For cloud-native RAN and Core applications.
  7. Responsible for Cloud Resource Provisioning: Scaling, and cost optimization for all deployed network functions.
  8. Collaborate on High-Priority Incident Tickets: Rapid system recovery for both RAN and Core impacted services.
  9. Lead Problem Management Efforts: Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for complex incidents affecting RAN and Core cloud deployments.
  10. Identify Bugs and Work with Development Teams: Prioritize and implement fixes for cloud-native network elements.
