We are seeking a seasoned Application Deployment Specialist to spearhead our system integrations across various platforms.

This role involves consolidating and refining existing packaging solutions for desktop and server platforms, as well as conversion of legacy applications and utilities through the use of containerization and cloud-based technologies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting planning, requirements analysis, pre and post-implementation support, and maintenance of modern deployment strategies
  • Developing and executing test plans prior to software release
  • Maintaining documentation of all customizations and changes made during the deployment process

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in software packaging, application development, and deployment within a virtual environment
  • Hands-on expertise in .NET, PowerShell, Ansible, WSE, SQL Server, APPV, MSIX, and similar scripting tools
  • A deep understanding of implementing and supporting application virtualization, streaming, layering, and paging technologies on AVD environments

Prior experience with developing scripts in PowerShell or Python is a plus.
