System Integration Expert

We are seeking a skilled expert in system integration to join our Order Gateway team.

This role will focus on exchange connectivity and system integration, helping deliver new venue connections, manage migrations, and ensure trading systems support evolving business needs.

  • Take ownership of order entry and drop copy integration projects from inception to delivery
  • Collaborate with internal teams, exchanges, and external vendors to gather requirements and implement seamless integrations
  • Drive system migrations, platform upgrades, and technology transitions
  • Optimize workflows, remove bottlenecks, and improve overall operational efficiency
  • Participate in production support, release management, and ensuring system reliability

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience in systems integration, preferably with exposure to exchange connectivity
  • Strong understanding of trade lifecycle and experience with FIX protocol
  • Proficiency in Linux environments
  • Experience with C++ or Python is beneficial
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of financial markets and asset classes is advantageous
  • Prior experience in hedge funds or investment banks is preferred
