Logistics Integration Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our integration team, you will be responsible for integrating and configuring Transport Management Software (TMS) with other systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • API Integration: Assist in building and maintaining integrations between the TMS and other platforms (e.g., ERP/OMS/WMS), ensuring data flows reliably.
  • Carrier Configuration: Set up carrier accounts, service levels, and related options so rates/labels/shipments behave as intended.
  • Warehouse & Locations: Configure warehouse locations and related settings to match routing and fulfillment practices.
  • Shipping Policies: Implement business rules for service selection, packaging, SLAs, returns, and special handling where applicable.
  • Logistics Frameworks: Apply correct HS Codes, Dangerous Goods designations, and inventory segmentation in day-to-day configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with a TMS (e.g., ShipHawk, ShipStation, or an equivalent).
  • Practical experience integrating systems via APIs.
  • Real-world configuration of carriers, warehouse locations, and shipping policies.
  • Working knowledge of HS Codes, Dangerous Goods, and inventory segmentation.
