Job Summary

This role is focused on leading the development and maintenance of API integrations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead API Integrations: Manage the entire API integration process, ensuring seamless and scalable solutions for our clients and suppliers.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with internal teams to support integration processes across all phases.
  • Define Integration Requirements: Clearly document and communicate integration requirements for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Maintain Integration Roadmaps: Enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers, ensuring up-to-date knowledge of integration progress.
  • Monitor Integration Performance: Identify areas for improvement and lead optimisation efforts to ensure seamless integration experiences.
  • Manage Project Timelines: Use project management tools to manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.
  • Provide Post-Integration Support: Offer troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations to clients and suppliers.
Requirements
  1. API Integration Experience: Minimum 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, preferably within the travel technology sector.
  2. API-Based Systems Knowledge: Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.
  3. Project Management Skills: Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
  4. Multitasking Abilities: Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.
  5. Effective Communication: Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus).
  6. Remote Work Environment: Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.
