Strategic Project Lead

Transformative Change Maker:

As a Strategic Project Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects and leading teams committed to making a tangible impact in communities.

  • Implement and oversee diverse projects with specialized teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Ensure the achievement of project targets through effective planning, execution, and monitoring.
  • Prepare and submit activity reports to stakeholders highlighting key accomplishments and areas for improvement.
  • Forge and maintain strategic partnerships to foster collaborative success.
  • Travel within and outside Mumbai for project implementation, leveraging your ability to navigate complex environments.
  • Build a strong volunteer-mentor base and coordinate with volunteers involved in project activities.
  • Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation, and monitoring, identifying and implementing creative solutions to overcome challenges.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business administration, public policy, or social work.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in non-profit program management with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or Marathi with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A positive, community-focused mindset with a passion for driving lasting change.
  • Emotional intelligence and empathy with a talent for building strong relationships.
  • Residency in Mumbai required for easy access to project sites and stakeholders.
