We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Support Specialist. This individual will be responsible for providing exceptional support to employees, ensuring timely resolution of their concerns, and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employee Engagement: Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding payroll, HR policies, benefits, and internal queries.
  • Issue Resolution: Log, track, and ensure timely resolution of employee concerns.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to resolve issues.
  • Communication: Provide clear communication and guidance on company policies and procedures.
  • Data Management: Maintain employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Knowledge Development: Support the development of FAQs, knowledge base, and employee self-service tools.
  • Critical Escalation: Escalate complex cases to senior HR team members when required.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1+ year of experience in HR, Payroll, or Employee Services (internships or entry-level roles considered).
  • Labor Law Knowledge: Basic knowledge of labor law and payroll practices preferred.
  • Language Skills: Strong communication skills (Spanish required, English is a plus).
  • Organizational Skills: Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidentiality: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/Payroll tools is an advantage.
