Digital Marketing Insights Specialist

Axtria - Ingenious Insights is seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Insights Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the performance of our Marketing campaigns across various channels.
About AxtriaWe deliver innovative insights and solutions that help businesses thrive in today's fast-paced market. As a Digital Marketing Insights Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are optimized for success and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Campaign Performance Analysis:
Analyze the effectiveness of Marketing campaigns across digital, social, programmatic, and traditional Marketing platforms. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as impressions, click-through rates (CTR), cost-per-click (CPC), cost-per-acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Reporting & Insights:
Prepare detailed reports and dashboards to communicate Marketing performance to client stakeholders. Provide recommendations on how to optimize campaigns based on data insights, A/B testing results, and market trends.
- Budget & Spend Analysis:
Monitor Market spend across campaigns and ensure alignment with allocated budgets. Identify opportunities for cost efficiencies and performance improvements.
- Cross-Channel Attribution:
Utilize multi-touch attribution models to evaluate the contribution of various Marketing channels (search, display, social, etc.) to overall campaign performance. Help improve the Marketing attribution process to ensure proper credit is given to each channel.
- Marketing Research & Competitor Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in Marketing analytics. Conduct competitor Marketing analysis to understand market positioning and Marketing strategies of competitors.
Requirements:- 2-4 years of experience in Marketing analysis, digital marketing analytics, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic buying platforms.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to present insights effectively.
- Familiarity with Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
