We're seeking a Digital Marketing Strategist to drive performance marketing, analytics, and marketplace operations.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to grow in a hands-on execution role. You will be responsible for setting up, running, and optimizing ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads. Your focus will be on achieving ROI and scaling campaigns through continuous improvements.

You will also monitor campaign performance and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and others. Additionally, you will create actionable reports with insights to improve marketing efforts and experiment with A/B testing to optimize creative and targeting strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Set up, run, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Maintain campaign performance and track KPIs using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, and others.
  • Create actionable reports with insights to improve marketing efforts.
  • Experiment with A/B testing to optimize creative and targeting strategies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and marketplace management. Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools is essential. Strong execution skills with a "doer" mindset are also required.

You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently. Eager to learn, grow, and adapt in a dynamic environment, you will thrive in our collaborative environment focused on learning, ownership, and innovation.
