Strategic Human Resource Leader
You will play a pivotal role in driving organizational outcomes through strategic HR initiatives. You will partner with business leaders to understand priorities and implement people strategies that generate value and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:- Human Capital Strategy Development: Facilitate the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals to drive results.
- Organizational Enhancement: Collaborate with leadership to define and foster an organizational design and culture that supports business growth and employee engagement.
- People Insights: Analyze business-specific data to identify trends and recommend solutions aimed at improving performance, retention, and employee experience.
- Talent Readiness Planning: Ensure the organization is prepared to meet evolving business demands through talent development initiatives.
- Change Management Execution: Build partnerships with leaders to design and execute change management initiatives effectively.
- Employee Retention and Engagement Initiatives: Work closely with leaders to enhance employee retention and engagement through targeted initiatives.
- Performance Management Lifecycle Oversight: Oversee the performance management lifecycle to foster a culture of high performance, leveraging an effective Performance Management System (PMS) and capability-building interventions.
- New Hire Onboarding Experience: Ensure new employees receive a comprehensive onboarding and induction experience, aligning them with the organization's culture and work ethic.
- Process Improvement Analysis: Review and analyze business processes to identify trends and recommend solutions for improved performance and engagement.
- Employee Experience Enhancement: Initiate forums and mechanisms to enhance the employee experience, aiming to improve retention and motivation.
- Employee Relations Support: Address and resolve employee relations issues to ensure a fair and transparent work environment.
- Leadership Support Services: Provide ongoing support to the leadership team on HR-related matters, including decisions, processes, policies, and procedures.
- Innovative People Initiatives: Collaborate with People Operations to brainstorm and implement innovative people initiatives for employee engagement.
- Employee Sentiment Insights: Capture and provide insights on employee sentiment to stakeholders to drive satisfaction and engagement.
- Separation Procedures: Facilitate smooth offboarding processes for departing employees.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Stakeholder Influence: Ability to influence and partner with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
- Business Acumen: Strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, negotiation abilities, and HR expertise.
- HR Metrics Knowledge: Proficient in HR metrics and systems, with a deep understanding of HRIS software and databases.
- Leadership and Strategic Planning: Capable of developing HR strategies that align with and support company goals.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: Master's Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Professional Experience: 8-12 years of HR experience, preferably in the Software, E-commerce, or Technology industry.
